In regard to my divorce case settlement agreement, you are referred to me (deepa raja sabeson)  and my coparent Raja Sabeson Napoleon (he might have contacted you from 'nasebas@yahoo.com' with calling name as 'sabesan' by our mediation lawyer Lauren Smith of "Lauren Smith Legal Services Inc., Atlanta.

We need your service in dividing our 401K investments between us. We have our 401k in 7 financial institutions.  we require to divide the shares as on Aug 31, 2024 (our case finance cutoff date decided in mediation).

I am rolling my 401K accounts in 3 different financial institutions (from
ex-employers) into one IRA Account created in one of the brokerage firms to have one QDRO from my end to move 401K share to my spouse to reduce the overall expense for this transfer process.

Here I require to transfer the investments/shares as on Aug 31, 2024, and not as such the value on our finance split date.

My coparent (spouse) has his 401K in 5 financial institutions (4 from ex-employer, 1 from his current employer).  We need your qualified expertise on guiding us to make things happen with optimum cost.  Not sure my coparent is willing to roll over all his ex-employers 401K into a new IRA account and do the transfer to my IRA account to have just 2 or 3 QDRO.  I believe if he could open his new IRA account on any one of his 5 financial institutions, we shall have a lower total cost.

We need your service and advice to have a better solution to do these transactions, (sharing invested share split and not based on value as on Aug 31, 2024) and the quotations of cost involved to complete the 401K split.

I need rough estimation (approximate invoice amount) to decide on payment terms to include in our divorce decree legal document before moving forward with any real transactions as we need to wait for our case to end by judge signature.
