Hi - I have been directed to Matt Lundy Law firm by our attorneys to review the DRO that has been created for submission to Palm Beach County Florida 15th Judicial Circuit as a result of our Divorce decree dated Oct 25 2022. This DRO was prepared with the Director of Retirement Benefits for my current Company Allied Universal, and the ERISA attorney who supports our retirement plans. Per the other parties counsel, they are requiring that your firm also review/approve before they will allow submission to the Judge for approval. I have attached a word document of the Draft for your review. Please let me know any next steps or any information needed. Thanks.
