Anything we should know?See section 7.5 of settlement. At the time of mediation, 401K balance we reported was $173,496.71. Current balance as of 4/29 is $173,442.30. As seen in settlement, we agreed to 50% plus an addition $30,000. She has questions such as will it be a Roth IRA. I do not want to be the go-between with her so once we have made contact and i know the pricing and path forward, I will give you her contact info if you need it to confirm with her. I did agree to pay for this but I never agree to any specific demands so if whatever she wants cost more, I am not willing to pay more than what is needed and she can be presented with the difference in cost.
