Anything we should know?Dear Mr. Lundy, I am an American citizen living in the Netherlands. I was once registered as Florida resident and I voted in the last presidential elections in Florida. I am currently on longer a resident of any one of the US states. I worked for a US company for 15 years and have a US pension and 401k. I am going through a divorce and will need to file QDRO to assign pension to my ex-husband. Are you able to assist me with the court filing? Meanwhile, my husband would like to know estimate of the pension due to him. Are you able to estimate this as well? My divorce is in the Netherlands, not in the US, therefore, I need to know what is needed to file for QDRO as I will not have US-based court order. What is exactly needed to file in this situation?
