Anything we should know?I’m not sure if it is too soon to be contacting you but I thought it best to put you on notice. A marital settlement agreement has been filed in Lee County and you have been chosen to do the QDROs. My ex husband (respondent) will be responsible for payment of the preparation. I’ve attached a photo of roughly what we will be dividing, actual division will be done as of 12/31/22, per the agreement. That information will be provided by the Respondent.
