Anything we should know?Is there a fee waiver offered? I have to file Ch 13 bankruptcy and pay in full QDRO fee's and etc. Ex-Spouse not willing to give the pension plan account. What can I do about that? Ex-spouse did not provide statement for pension for dates 5/15/2019 - 9/28/2020 which is the dates we were still married and plan he had prior to the FRS retirement account. Pension # 866-446-9377 option #3. He also has 457(b) retirement account.
