Anything we should know?I recenty had a call with Mr. Lundy where he advised that I request from FRS (Florida) and TRS (Texas) a marital portion estimate. I received the attached letter back from FRS and I am still waiting for TRS to respond. I would like to know based on this letter and my service history (attached) what would be the calculated marital portion my wife would normally be entitled to? The date of marriage is 04/08/2000 and the date of divorce filing is 07/14/23. As you can see I was in TRS for a portion of time prior to being married. Please let me know if you can help. Thank you.
