I have a case in NJ, I was married on 01-31-1989 and on 07-01-2017 my husband retired from work and went to Colombia (South America). I filed for divorce on 10-08-2021. When the divorce started I had his address in Colombia but he never accepted the notifications that my lawyer sent him and after some time the doorman of the building where he was living said that he moved out of the building., Now I don't have an address, e-mail or any way to send him notifications. The final judgment for divorce was on 02-22-2023. After I divorce my lawyer, Mr. Leviston N. Brisolla told me he was going to start the QDRO process and sent me documents which I am sending you now. it has been about a year now and nothing more has been done. I think he is having trouble doing it or he is not interested in continuing with my case. He doesn't answer my phone calls and ignores my text messages.
