Anything we should know?Looking for consulting and retaining fee for my case. Husbands attorney never filed QRDO. When recently asked ex about it he said he would look into it. Served papers this morning 9/21 that indicates he says I should pay all fees for his new attorney to handle QRDO. Was told in a text msg a few months back 8k! What are my options? Please help. I have a limited income now and not sure what my legal rights are. 1st page is from our divorce papers , remaining docs are what I received this morning. Says I given 30 says to respond. Thank you
