Anything we should know?Hello, I was referred to you by my attorney Micheal Cortes. I'm in the final stages of my divorce (not final judgement yet), but wanted to see what I can to do now to initiate an RVCO based on the Settlement agreement. I've attached the agreement, with one addendum. Initially we were paying my wife from the sale of the house, but changed it to be paid from my 401K (TSP, I am a government employee.)
