Anything we should know?Good afternoon, I am Valerie L Justice, formerly Valerie L Colleran, divorced from William D Colleran Jr. on February 8, 2023. Our divorce was mediated by Freya at Zollinger Mediation, Sarasota Florida. Your Firm had processed our QDRO in early to mid 2023, I believe held in Principal, in connection with Bill's employment under Cardinal Health. I'm not sure if I have responded to the mailings received at my then address, 1868 Wharf Rd. Sarasota Fl 34231. I'm no longer residing at this address, as it was a recently flipped property, January 14, 2023 only to discover multiple life-threatening fire and septic hazards my pets and I had to survive. I called in County Code for a professional assessment of the non-permitted, zero inspected, eventually deemed uninhabitable by the state situation. The buyer was put on notice with requirements to complete. This action was followed by a court hearing, then a retaliatory eviction including police involvement. The entire contents of my life being put to the curb for trash pickup, posted Home's Entire Contents Free on Craig's List and Facebook. I have had all of my documents drenched, stolen or intentionally destroyed by this criminal activity. I am in dire need of locating my QRDO retirement account, withdrawing funds to recover from this heinous ordeal, as advised by Freya at Zollinger Mediation.
