Anything we should know?To Whom it may Concern: I was referred to you by Chris Ditslear, Esq. in DeLand, Florida. He has been working with me on a QDRO for the referenced 401(k) plan in the settlement agreement (attached) which should be split/resolved in the very near future. However, he indicates that I should contact you in reference to a QDRO for the remaining pension plan since this may have other nuances that he may not be aware of. I have attached the Settlement Agreement, Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage and 3 documents pertaining to the Northrop Grumman pension plan in question.
