Anything we should know?My attorney, Barry Witlin, claims to have attempted to contacted you several times without luck. I would like my husband to get his portion of my pension as of the valuation date (which is the divorce filing date). His attorney, Diksha Sharma, insists on keeping Schedule D, section D, worded as is even though elsewhere in the document he is not entitled to early retirement subsidy/supplements. He is only entitled to funds as of the filing date and the interest it may have esrned. Also, i would prefer that he get his portion and create his own account.
