Anything we should know?Hello, I had a divorce filed 12-04-2020 and only one of the two documents of the QDRO was agreed upon. I would like to resolve this outstanding issue. How may I go about this? Currently, he has received his portion of my TSP and I am unaware of the status of his retirement or employment or any benefits I should be entitled to (since he refused to agree to sign the paperwork).
