Anything we should know?I was married to William Brundage for 23 years, from 10/6/1978 to 10/19/2001. Twenty years of this time he worked for National Gypsum. The divorce decree, Case No. 01-1174-FD, states my eligibility for half of his pension at time of retirement. He is currently applying for this pension and I want to obtain a QDRO to reserve my right to receive half of these benefits (around $500/month).
