Anything we should know?Due to a misunderstanding of how the QDRO process was explained to me at Cabanas, who recommended you (hence the reference to your practice in the MSA), this has not been completed. My former spouse needs the money ASAP and has stated she plans to file suit if is not completed immediately. Please call soonest and let me know how quickly this can be turned around. I have included plan documents provided to me by consultants employed/recommended by empower retirement. The MSA states the funds are in a ROLLOVER IRA. This is not true. They are in a 401k.
