Anything we should know?Hello. My husband and I are working with Sharon O'Day with our divorce. She passed on your information to work with you to take care of the QRDO(s) that are needed to finish the process. I wanted to reach out as we have not signed the paper work yet to file. I wanted to make sure that the retirement (FRS & Hartford 457) were stated properly on the MSA before we sign the documents. We have made some other changes to the documents and are awaiting the final ones to be emailed to us. In the meantime I wanted to talk to a QRDO expert to make sure that the MSA is properly worded and retain someone who can do the QDRO for us as soon as the divorce is finalized by the judge. I am hoping this will be within the first weeks of July. If someone can please reach out to me I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you Jennifer Franczyk
