Anything we should know?I hope this message finds you well. My divorce lawyer referred me to your firm. I have already been in contact with my Plan Administrator and my Plan's 3rd party QDRO consultants that manage the process with the Plan Administrator. I've received recommended draft language (order draft template has been uploaded) that meets my Plan's requirements. My need is not only preparation but, also, filing all proper paperwork with the court. The MSA includes term for flat one-time payment to my ex-spouse of $50K - no investment earnings- and I will handle all fees involved (paragraph 12). I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you!
