Anything we should know?My divorce attorney, Alan Rosenthal, has referred me to your firm for help with executing a QDRO for the division of my IRA. We have completed mediation and have our parenting plan and settlement agreements signed and completed. Our court date for final dissolution of marriage is set for August 26th. I have already executed the cash settlement and need to begin the process of transferring the agreed upon 42% of my IRA.
