Anything we should know?Due to the divorce, I have to equally divide my ICMA 457 account. I also have a FL pension through Miami-Dade County. In accordance with the final judgement, my husband is to receive $405 per month from my pension. He will also receive a proportionate amount of my cost of living increase, which I receive annually at the end of July. In addition, he and I both have joint and individual Roth, Traditional and Tax Deferred IRA's through Charles Schwab. I don't know if QDRO's are needed to divide them. I'm living in California and prefer to receive phone calls in the late afternoon.
