Anything we should know?
The is for a partial split of my military pension. My retirement date is 1 April 2024. The marriage settlement agreement does not state that we have to use a QDRO service but wanted to see if it is recommended otherwise. The law firm mentioned in the MSA no longer handles QDROs; they gave your information a a recommendation. Please let me know if there is anything else needed. Thanks.
