Anything we should know?I am contacting your office regarding a QDRA that Attorney Matt Lundy may have prepared for the division of retirement assets for Valerie Beyer Werton and James Daniel Werton in April 2020. Valerie deceased on February 4, 2025 and I am the Personal Representative for her estate. Valerie and James were divorced in May 2020 but the division of property never was completed. I am hoping that your office has information regarding the value of their retirement assets and any other documentation from April 2020. I can provide the Full Mediation Agreement and the Final Judgement of Dissolution of Marriage documents if needed. Thank you, Laura Whitted
