Anything we should know?My ex spouse and I agreed to settle assets and debts ourselves. I tried to transfer IRA assets through Schwab but they will not accept unless the account was specified in settlement agreement. In order to have a tax free transfer we now need a QDRO agreement for this account. I also sent you the assets list I planned to transfer. I need to update the list because I have already sent my ex 24k but this will at least let you know what we need done. Thank you, Charles Hunter
