Anything we should know?Our divorce was finalized in May of 2012 and this QDRO should have been completed at that time. Marla and I have come to an agreement of moving $325,000 from my 401K to her IRA. I can get anything you need from her confirming that agreement. This is very amicable for her and I. Secondly, i hired a firm in St Pete, FL in which that attorney is no longer with them. I have included that paperwork which provides some information that may help. However, they have returned my money and I am not represented by them and my case went no where. Any questions on this, please let me know Thank you Eric
