Anything we should know?Hi, We are in the process of getting divorced. Our mediator, Tricia Fradley (and Kate Halvorsen) recommended you to prepare QDRO for splitting my husband's pension from SYSCO. Can this be initiated and paid for prior to divorce? If not, please advise if anything needs to be including in divorce documents besides "the pension will be split 50/50"?
