Anything we should know?Hello Mr. Lundy, My attorney (Matt Martell) referred me to you for help dividing a single 401k plan, with Peek Traffic Corporation. I have attached • a pdf of our Final Judgement • a pdf of the latest plan statement - Sept 30 this year • and a screen shot of the balance at final judgement. The final judgement pdf has the ED schedule page 26, line 3B shows the Peek Traffic 401k To be divided 50%/50 wife and husband. The costs of the transfer are also to be split 50/50 between me and my ex-wife. Please let me know the costs. Regards, Martin
