Anything we should know?I believe the uploaded FJ to be defective, and am requesting a re-hearing in order to incorporate all of the language required by OPM, regarding creating a Court Order Acceptable for Processing (as well as to address mis-statements/miscalculations/conflicting statements and other errors and omissions made by the judge). I can provide a draft copy of what we are requesting in the FJ , if that is needed. I am interested to find out what it would cost to prepare the documents for OPM, for the TSP and FERS.
