Anything we should know?Matthew Lundy Law, Good morning. My name is Christopher Muenchen and I retired from the US Air Force Reserves in July 2011. My ex-wife and I were married the entire 20 years of my military career. We were divorced in February 2018, and as part of the divorce settlement, she is entitled to half of my military pension when I turn 60 in five years on 8/26/29. I have attached a copy of the final divorce decree. She recently retained an attorney to encourage me to take the next step in finalizing this process to ensure that she receives her portion of the pension.
