Anything we should know?On page 3 of the Final Judgment file, under "g. Assets," it reads that, at the time of my divorce, jurisdiction was reserved regarding the marital portion of my defined benefit pension. My ex-wife has agreed to a one time $25,000 payment to her Merrill Lynch account from my deferred compensation account (statement attached) as satisfaction of the marital portion of my pension. I'll send her account statement when I receive it.
