Anything we should know?Hello! You were included in the Final Judgment as a recommendation from my attorney, Ms. Anne Raduns. I have attached the final judgment, the QDRO guidelines for PepsiCo's Pension and Retirement programs, as well as my Fidelity statement from January 2024 and a calculation of my retirement lump sum as of today. The system won't allow me to use a previous date. For the 401k transfer, I require that only pre-tax funds be transferred to my ex-husband. The amount to be transferred is $198,000 and there is more than enough to cover that amount in Pre-tax dollars. I will not transfer any of the Roth contributions made. For the pension piece, I have not retired and have no plans to retire at this time. I am fully vested with 25+ years of service. The final judgment states that my ex-husband and I will split all the costs associated with these activities, including your fees.
