Also wanted to make one other note per the settlement agreement. For the Vanguard account, it is straightforward, Jennifer Liniado is entitled to 84% of the Vanguard 401k account per the settlement. For the UKG Retirement Plan, it is worded a little differently - Jennifer Liniado will get 70.2% of the husband's marital interest (not 70.2% of the account overall). The marital interest of the account is 82.3% of the overall account total, so Jennifer Liniado would get 70.2% of 82.3% of the total of the UKG Retirement account.
