Anything we should know?Mr. Lundy, March 30, 2023 • Per my father’s divorce agreement (11/08/2018), both parties agreed to waive any claims to the other’s retirement benefits. • It has come to our attention that my father’s ex-wife is still a beneficiary for his pension (Michigan Public School Employees). • To correct that, and per his retirement plan, a QDRO must be completed. A copy of the MSA is not acceptable.
