Anything we should know?
The terms of my recently fully executed Marital Settlement Agreement require me to retain your firm to prepare a QDRO. The pension involved is small and half of it has already been split equally between the spouses. There is $107,500 left to distribute. Can someone please contact me directly to let me know what documents you need to complete the QDRO and discuss timing, etc.
