Anything we should know?Hello: We would like to hire you to do our QDRO. Final Judgment is attached. Peter and Muriel were married 05/21/1988. Attached is wife's RI pension that she is receiving. I am still currently working so I am not receiving my Florida pension yet. Husband has a couple more days to send you his information from the Federal Government. He was a letter carrier for many years and he just retired 12/15/2023 from the U. S. Navy as a maintenance worker. He has a total of 32 years with the U. S. Government. He has a CSRS pension and a Navy pension. We separated 6/15/2015. We are to share this expense but if husband does not provide his documents in the next couple days because we have 10 days to hire you from the date of filing of Final Judgment, then husband is responsible for paying for whole QDRO.
