Anything we should know?I want a QDRO . I don't have a copy of my ex husbands retirement plan. He is a retired from New York, police 5k a month . We were married for five years, and he was collecting 60k a year during our marriage. I have the tax document. My divorce attorney, unfortunately, filled a motion and withdrew as my council so I had no attorney. We divorced in Nevada but, I live in Florida now ,as well, as him (I am pretty sure).
