GETTING STARTED

If you are seeking to have a QDRO prepared, getting started is easy.  Simply email a copy of your final judgment and/or settlement agreement, along with an account statement for each retirement plan that you want to QDRO, to the below email address or in the secure document upload link.  Be sure to include your name, phone number, and email address in the body of the email.  Please do not mail any documents to our office unless we direct you to do so.
