Anything we should know?Mr. Mandy, you had handled our QDRO for my thrift savings plan with success in splitting it. Now I’m having problems trying to get my US PS pension split with my ex-wife Sherry Favus. I believe you still have our divorce papers showing the split of 50-50. Please contact me at your earliest convenience for any other information that you may need to talk to me about. I submitted the divorce papers to the court up in Washington DC that handles the pension split but I am unable to get any information as to what is going on and they’re just telling me 6 to 9 months so I need your help in getting this accomplished quicker. I am presently paying the splits to my ex-wife until this is resolved.
