Anything we should know?Most of my current 401k is in company stock. There is a buy sell in late Feb. I plan on moving the appropriate amount from Company Stock to 401 Cash so I can complete the QDRO Transfer. We are 100 percent employee owned so my ex wife cannot own company stock. The buy sell only happens once a year. There is a valuation in mid Feb where the 401k should go up. However the agreement has me providing a set amount. I attached the necessary documents and the model agreement along with the Guidelines. Please advise.
