Anything we should know?This is a church related plan pension plan (annuity). I need to know if you can use the specialized sample QDRO provided, or if you only use your templates. Please provide cost estimate. Only the Primary Retirement Benefit (PRB) is applicable, even though these documents list several type accounts. My ex was 70 as of 10/1/2023. Survivor benefits are dependent on benefits selected by my ex. Last week they said he has not chosen which benefit (Single Life Annuity or Joint and Survivor Annuity)
