Anything we should know?I do not have files, only paper copies. Have original Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA) QDRO, and employer Model QDRO language document from employer, which needs expedited. Needs to be reviewed by employer and if acceptable, filed in Sarasota, FL, so I would need appropriate cover sheet. When original QDRO prepared and filed in PA, unbeknownst to us, was only for the 401k portion. The language in MSA clearly states $800/ monthly upon full retirement, but taking early reduced retirement, which would affect this calculation. Can I mail documents?
